NYSUT Member Benefits is excited to announce the launch of a Universal Life/Life Events® Insurance program with Convalescent Care Benefit (plus YourCare360® Care Planning Services).

Available as of May 1, 2023, this innovative universal life insurance product -- provided by Trustmark -- combines a life insurance benefit to help provide financial security for your family with a convalescent care benefit that can assist with paying for long-term care services at any age. In addition, YourCare360® offers an online resource that can help guide you and your family through the caregiving journey.

SPECIAL LIMITED-TIME OFFER:
As part of the launch of this new product, a special limited-time offer will be available from May 1, 2023 through June 16, 2023.

In-service members from 18 to 64 years old can enroll for up to $50,000 of life insurance with an accelerated death benefit for convalescent care that is guaranteed issue (i.e., no health questions are asked) and up to $300,000 by answering a few medical questions. In-service members can also purchase coverage for their qualifying spouse/certified domestic partner along with their children and grandchildren.

Retired members up to age 70 may elect coverage up to $100,000 by answering some simple medical questions.
