Consultations with planners can be scheduled before, during, or after their normal toll-free hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).

Online Application Form (Please Note: You must pay by credit card if you choose to apply online).
The Financial Counseling Program 403(b) Advisor Option costs $100 annually for direct bill or $95 annually for payroll/pension deduction.
NEW TO 403(B)/457(B) ACCOUNTS:
Discuss the following information with your Planner:

Assistance in Selecting a 403(b)/457(b) Program Provider -- Receive advice in choosing a 403(b)/457(b) retirement savings program provider available through your employer.
2.
Investment Allocation -- Receive advice in selecting the investments offered by your new 403(b)/457(b) provider.
3.
Fees -- Discuss fees associated with the investment provider and investment selections.
4.
Contributions -- Discuss how to make contributions and contribution limits.
EXISTING 403(B)/457(B) ACCOUNTS:
Discuss the following information with your Planner:
1.
Review your 403(b)/457(b) Program Provider Selection -- Receive advice on your current 403(b)/457(b) provider. If needed, review other 403(b)/457(b) providers available through your employer.
2.
Investment Allocation -- Discuss what allocation is appropriate for you and compare that to your current investment allocations. Receive advice on selecting investment options within your 403(b)/457(b) account and how to go about making changes if needed.
3.
Fees -- Discuss fees associated with current investment provider and investment selections.
4.
Contributions and Returns -- Discuss the contribution limits and review the investment returns of your current allocation.
Website access, email helpdesk, and in-person consultations are not included with the 403(b) Advisor Option.
